The contact parents, wherever possible will make hospital and/or home visits. This will depend on your location in NSW and also a Contact Parents similarity of cleft type and personal availability.
Everything will be done to ensure that you are supported and provided with appropriate information to your situation and that someone is available to answer questions you may have either in person or by phone.
